Hobble & Chain- PVC/Buckle

These hobbles are made from black webbing PVC strap and leather lined on the inside for comfort to the animal. Construction provides strength and durability. The webbing reduces stretching in wet conditions. The strap is 1¼ inch wide and has a stainless steel hobble buckle with roller.
