Housen
- The original purpose of a housen was to deflect rain/drizzle off the horse’s neck when having to work in wet conditions. Then it was used purely for show, in a competition to have their name engraved on one of the shields.
- At the Overseer Saddlery, we can also engrave the Housen on any of the shields to meet your needs.
- Made from leather with brass shields.
- Ideally made for display purposes.
